Refund and Exchange Policy

To exchange an item purchased online; you will need to return at your expense, any unworn garment with all tags attached in its original condition and packaging. Garments must be free from soil such as body odors, perfumes, deodorants, cigarette smoke, and or pet hair. A new order must be placed while supplies last. Since this will be a brand new order your requested items will ship free as long as we are still offering free shipping. We are no longer issuing refunds exchanges only. Your requested items will be put on hold when we have received return tracking information. When we receive the incoming package and it is free from the above mentioned. Your new order will be processed immediately. And tracking information will be sent via email.

Orders placed at an event that Chrisie Styles Boutique sold as a vendor can be exchanged at the customer’s expense. All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the event that the purchase was made. The requested garment will be placed on hold as soon as we receive return tracking information. Once we have received your returned garment and its free of the above mentioned we will promptly process your new order. We will cover the cost of shipping. And you will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order has been processed.

  • If we receive an item and it is soiled or has been used or worn it will be returned to you.
  • All exchanges must be complete within 7 days of the email we sent saying "YOU MAY EXCHANGE" For a total of 14 days
ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS, BODYSUITS, HATS, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, 40% OFF OR HIGHER, AND END OF SEASON BLOWOUT SALE ITEMS.
