1. How long does it take to process an order?

Your order will take up to 48 hours to process.

 

2. What types of shipping options are available?

We use USPS Priority and First Class Shipping.

 

3. How much time is allowed to cancel an order?

Your order can be cancelled at any time before it is shipped.

 

4. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

No. Once you've received tracking information it is too late to cancel.

 

5. How often does CS restock?

Sorry, but there is not a determined time for restocking.

 

6. How often does CS get new arrivals?

We will feature new items as frequently as possible.  We will try very hard to keep the CS catalog fresh and new.

 

7. What is CS Blog?

CS Blog is the websites blog where we write about the latest news, upcoming events, and provide our customers with important information about the shop.

 

8. Can I get a refund?

Please refer to our refund policy located on the footer of all pages.

 

9. How can I become a model for Chrisie Styles Boutique?

At this time we are not looking for any models. However we do post online when we are casting models. Please be sure to follow us on all our social media pages; so that you will be the first to know.

 

10. Do you drop ship?

CS is a retailer not a wholesaler so we do not drop ship.

 

11. How long does it take to process a refund?

We do not issue refunds, exchanges only on certain items.

 

12. Will the jewelry change colors?

Yes, if you are wearing the costume jewelry very frequently it will begin to change colors and start to dull.

 

13. What is the jewelry made of?

The jewelry is made of metals that are Lead and Nickel free.

 

14. Can I return jewelry and or accessories?

As of September 4, 2015 we are no longer accepting returns on any jewelry, hats, bodysuits, scarves, or any other accessories.

 

15. What is costume jewelry?

Costume jewelry is jewelry that looks like real gold or silver and has Cubic Zirconia or rhinestones.

 

16. Will this jewelry break my skin out?

We are unable to determine if you will have an adverse reaction to the materials. If you have previously had an allergic reaction to costume jewelry we wouldn’t recommend you purchase any of our pieces.

 

17. What is Cubic Zirconia?

Cubic Zirconia or CZ’s are a colorless form of stone that is very similar to diamond.

 

18. What are Rhinestones?

Rhinestones are an imitation stones similar to a diamond used in costume jewelry.

 

19. How can I return items I purchased at an event that Chrisie Styles Boutique sold as a vendor?

Please refer paragraph two of our Refund and Exchange Policy. Our policy is located on the footer of our homepage. Our policy is also included in all online and in person orders.

 

20. Are the 7 days in the refund exchange policy business day or regular days?

These days are not business days. We are including the weekends as well into the allotted time to return an item.

 

21. Who pays for shipping on an exchanged item purchased from an event that Chrisie Styles Boutique sold as a vendor?

All returns are the expense of the customer. 

 

22. Do you ship internationally?

We currently are only shipping to consumers in the United States and Canada.

 

23. I live in Canada, how long will my package take to arrive?

First Class international will take 7-21 business days.  Priority International will take 6-10 business days.  Priority Mail Express International will take 3-5 business days.

 

24. How much is international shipping?

Depending on the weight of the package and shipping method you select during checkout process; the cost of shipping can range anywhere from $10 to $50.00.

 

25. Why am I seeing USD on the checkout page if I selected CAD?

We are an USA based company and all transactions are processed in USD.

 

26. I have an issue that needs to be addressed. How can I speak to someone?

You can request via email, live chat, or Contact us Form for someone to give you a call. You can also call us during business hours.

 

27. What are normal business hours?

We operate Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on Sunday.

30. Do you ship to other countries besides United States and Canada?

Yes we have begun to shipping internationally. Worldwide shipping is now available.

 

31. How long does delivery take to reach my country?

Please refer to question number 23 for estimated delivery times. Deliveries vary by country; we do advise that you allow 14 to 21 days for arrival of your packages.

  1. Where can I send a package if I need to return something?

All packages can be returned for an exchange only, and can be mailed to the return address on the shipping label.
